A. Instructions for cancellation

Introduction

Consumers, i.e. any individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside those individual’s trade, business, craft or profession, are entitled to cancel any contract on the following conditions:

Right to cancel

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, take physical possession of the last item.

For contracts involving the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium, produced and delivered in digital form, the 14-day withdrawal period begins from the date of the contract conclusion.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us at ABC Print Limited (Everprint), Unit 1603, 16th Floor, The L. Plaza, 367 - 375 Queen's Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong, via email at support@everprint.co, of your decision to withdraw from this contract through an unambiguous statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached withdrawal form template, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product(s) back or you have provided evidence of having sent the product(s) back, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the product(s) to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the product(s) before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the product(s).

You are only liable for any diminished value of the product(s) resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product(s).

Exclusion or Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts involving the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium, if execution has begun before the withdrawal period expires, with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment of waiver of their right of withdrawal.
