Shipping policy

Delivery

1. All artworks produced by Everprint are made to order. Our production and shipping times usually take 1-2 business days. Delivery is then completed within 3-4 business days.

2. Once your order leaves the print shop, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and instructions to track the delivery status after the preview is approved.

3. For deliveries delayed by more than 14 business days, we always offer to send a new package.

4. If Everprint requires additional information for a delivery address, the customer may be contacted by our customer service team for further details. If additional information is needed, the delivery may be delayed.

5. If a package is returned to the sender as undeliverable, additional costs may be incurred by the customer for re-shipping the order.
